DELIVERY

At Lotus we aim for next day delivery on on items ordered Mon-Thurs before 1pm.

If you have ordered a non-stock item, we will keep you updated with the progress inform you of the delivery date.

Please note, Lotus deliver nationwide and to Northern Ireland*.

RETURNS

We accept the return of all items, which are returned within 14 days of delivery and in their original packaging and condition. Under these circumstances, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less delivery charge.) You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.

Lotus Care Technology offer free on site assessments to ensure sizing and other factors are correct for you when you are looking to purchase any of the following products:
